Leona Richards-Bishop (Owner) is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who seeks to help others put JOY back in their HEARTS. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Tougaloo College and her Masters and Specialist Degrees in Counseling from Delta State University. For over 25 years, Leona has practiced counseling in the mental health, school, and private practice settings.
She has earned certification in Educational Leadership, Play Therapy, Telemental Health, and is a Retired National Certified (School) Counselor. Mrs. Bishop is an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Clinician and recently completed certification for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both are advanced psychotherapies used to address trauma and painful past experiences of clients seeking healing.
In 2007, Leona was appointed by Governor Barbour to serve a 5-year term on the MS Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), where she served as Vice-Chair. She regularly presents at conferences on topics such as trauma, bullying, creating a positive school climate and culture, DISC personality types, and has received numerous awards for outstanding service including, but not limited to, the following:

Leona currently serves as Past-President of the Capital Area Counseling Association and plays an active leadership role in her college alumni chapter, as well as, other church and community service ministries.
In 2021, she appeared as the "Balance Coach" for entrepreneur, Latesha Pearson, on the OWN network reality show, BELLE COLLECTIVE; Episode 8. In 2015, she acted as the professional expert on TV One Justice: By Any Means; Episode 115 - Sabrina Butler Porter Documentary. In 2015, Leona published her first children's book, Prissy Lee's Fancy Feet, which was inspired by her daughter.

Jenelia Branson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a sincere passion to see others succeed in life, especially in the area of mental health! She has over 15 years of experience in the field of counseling; and over 25 years of working with youth; and has practiced counseling in the school, mental health, and private practice sectors.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Tougaloo College and her Master’s of Science Degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She is recognized as a National Board Certified Counselor and National Board Certified School Counselor. Jenelia has also earned certification in Telemental Health.
Her counseling style is pretty laid back. She has been described as supportive, warm, and compassionate, with a great sense of humor. She likes to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles.
She is here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. With your active participation, honesty, patience, and commitment, things can and will get better.

Jessie Davis is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor who aims to address the overall wellness of clients seeking to find balance in their lives. Mrs. Davis received a Bachelors Degree in Criminology and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University.
Since graduating in August of 2020, she has worked with families, adults and adolescents in various settings - inpatient, outpatient, and private practice.
Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to address the needs of individuals challenged with trauma related symptoms, depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorders, and mood disorders.
Mrs. Davis provides counseling under the supervision of Leona Bishop. Together, they can help you meet your goals to feel less overwhelmed and more empowered to live a mentally well life.

Tia Coleman, MS
Tia Coleman is an intern student enrolled at Walden University. As part of her curriculum, she provides counseling under the supervision of Leona Bishop, owner of Count It All Joy Counseling. Miss Coleman earned a degree in psychology from Jackson State University. After intervening and mediating conflict between her siblings on a Disney trip, then 10 year-old Tia knew she wanted to counselor. Tia is an active member of OPEN UP-MISSISSIPPI, an youth advocacy group focused on removing the stigma and stereotypes that prevent people from seeking mental health services. She has trained in Mental Health First Aid and Crisis Response. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults searching for coping skills.
